Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TONYDANGELO LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the website tonydangelo.net (the “Site”), collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and clients. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on the Site — including our contact form, consultation request, “Get Started” form, or when you build a plan with our pricing tool — we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, business name, and any details you enter about your project or budget.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, from a search engine or an ad). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. When you make a payment through the Site, your payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details directly. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details (such as the amount, date, and the last four digits of your card) but do not receive or store your full card number.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and custom plans based on the information you submit
  • Communicate with you about your project, our services, and (if you opt in) marketing updates
  • Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand site usage. These include:

  • Essential cookies required for the Site to operate.
  • Analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4, which help us understand visitor behavior in aggregate.
  • Advertising cookies through Google Ads, which help us measure ad performance and, where applicable, show relevant ads.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

Third-Party Services

We share information with trusted third-party services only as needed to operate the Site and our business. These include:

  • Google Analytics — website analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Ads — advertising and conversion measurement.
  • Gravity Forms — processes form submissions on the Site.
  • Zapier — automates the routing of form submissions and leads to our internal tools.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and site security.
  • Our web host (hosting.com) — hosts the Site and its data.
  • Stripe — processes payments made through the Site. When you make a payment, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including secure hosting and encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below).

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Opt out of certain data collection (for example, by disabling cookies)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tony@tonydangelo.net.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals.

Marketing Communications

If you opt in to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will still send you non-marketing messages related to services you have requested.
